Gracie loved dancing, and one of her favorite places to go was Reflections. She started there when she was 2, and made so many friends there. Linzi and Laura, Gracies dance teachers were fantastic with Gracie, they loved that Gracie would often freestyle the routines, and also that she would only dance to songs she knew!

Gracie did three dance shows with reflections, she was a natural performer, and had so much confidence on stage. She always blew kisses to the audience at the end of the show!

Linzi and Laura were so supportive when Gracie was ill. She couldnt always do the moves so they helped her come up with something she could do, or let her be an assistant teacher where she would be in charge if the music, so she didnt feel left out. They have also helped us raise a lot of money over the years for several charities that are clise to our hearts. Gracie loved them both so mucb and they will always be a big part of our lives.

I do think that dancing helped Gracie get through a lot of the treatment. It made her happy and took her mind off feeling sick or being in hospital. Im surprised she had the energy to do some of the street moves shed come up with, she certainly wasnt letting any chemo stop her from strutting her stuff!

At her funeral, i watched all the girls dancing for Gracie, and i know she would have been right there, in the middle if the dance floor. I am sure where ever she is now, she will still be dancing away.
